The staff has great customer service, was greeted with a smile from start to finish. They were out of soup but gave me an... entrée with my meal in place of the soup-no extra charge, the manager also came by with an apology. My daughter and I are verylaid back people so we weren't expecting an apology or anything. Also, Sierra (our server), was excellent, she came around justthe right amount (did not hover) my daughter and I left impressed with the quality of service we received. Disappointed in the service we received at this Olive Garden. First, may I say the food was delicious. I had shrimp scampi and... my husband had spaghetti and meat sauce. The salad was fresh and plentiful and the bread sticks were fresh and warm. However,we had to ask for drink refills more than once before we got them. The same for bread sticks. She only brought two if them. Also, my husband requested extra pepperoni's when he ordered and it wasn't until he asked for a third time before the serverbrought them. We pretty much went through half our meal without drinks and bread sticks. My husband also asked for a saladplate for his spaghetti instead of the smaller bowl it come in but the server never did bring it. Sadly, it doesn't appear thatOlive Garden is fully training their staff. On our last visit, I showed the server how to pour a refill from a pitcher if thecustomer asks for more ice. She said she didn't know how to do it. So, we're only giving 3 stars this time and probably won'tbe going back anytime soon. Read more
disappointed in the service:( was there for approximately an hour and 15 minutes, give or take, and we were checked on maybe 3... times organically (aka when it wasn’t to finally bring us something we had previously asked for.) our drinks were empty for80%+ of our visit, same goes for our soup, salad, and breadsticks. the other tables our waiter was taking care of got theirrefills more often than us- we were checking for him- for every visit we got, the other 3 tables got 2-3. we ordered when wewere sat- we knew what we were going for. in our ~1.25 hours there we bussed our own table three times. we ordered one of theendless alfredo dipping sauces for our breadsticks- but we only got two baskets of them the whole time we were there. we askedfor them multiple times, but he brought us soup and dipping sauce with no breadsticks twice. every time he finally checked on uswe had to order a round of soup, breadsticks, dipping sauce, and drinks in the hopes that we would get a couple of thosethings. horrible service, ruined my day and my husband’s. didn’t even have the comfort of breadsticks. :( (and don’teven speculate- of course i tipped. even if you suck at your job you have to pay your bills.) Food was good and it was also ready on time. I'm not a big soup person but the chicken and gnocchi was very good. The chicken... tortellini wasn't bad also but portion size was a tad small. Could do without the two breadsticks, theirs are pretty awful. One star taken away due to no napkins besides the one in with the silverware. Even if I didn't have this awesome beard andmustache one napkin isn't enough, with it one napkin doesn't go far. 3 more stars taken away due to ordering process. They donot give the option to pay at store with cash, only way to order online is with a credit card. Read more

My son and I had lunch here yesterday and it was a totally positive experience. Our waiter (Donovan) was polite, friendly, and... provided prompt service. The food was prepared to perfection and I was really impressed (because the place was pretty busy) thatthe manager came by our table to inquire if everything was good.
