The variety of meats they produce is immense! Lots of jerky flavors with a teriyaki base, and the sausage was amazing. Different... kinds of hot dogs and brats, and they served a lot of products to purchase and eat before buying. Great concept and fun place tocheck out! Read more

Came here with high expectations and left unhappy. Ordered a smoked polish dog and a pork ribs plate. Ribs mush have been cooked... a day before and set in brine for another. The sausage was literally colder then the outside temperature and ribs did fall offthe bone but at the same time were chewier then 2hr old bubble gum. They have great selection just not a great lunch. I mighttry again, but I can most certainly bbq better then their poorly trained staff and cooks. Chose this place to try a little something different on our road trip thru Cave Junction. They have lots of deli meats, meat... snacks, country store items, and hot food. You can eat in or takeaway. The hot dogs were good, French fries were surprisinglysuper good and the potato salad was good - but be warned there are olives in it! We also bought some local honey in twoflavors. Be forewarned, this place is not speedy so even if you?re ordering takeout, it?s gonna take quite awhile! Read more
