So the food was normal DQ good, but the service at this location was exceptional. The young lady helping us was so patient with... my million kids' orders, brought us our food and checked on us several times through the meal to see if we needed anythingincluding sauces and boxes to go. The lack of good customer service is unreal. It is NOT okay to yell at customers through the drive thru intercom. We sat there... for 10 minutes waiting tell I finally said hello then get a "hold on we are busy!" There was not a single person in front of me.Very rude go to the one on the other side of town. If I could ai would give this Dairy Queen -10 stars because the person who took our order was obviously new and there was no one... helping him he offered to put our blizzards in bigger cups and then proceeded to tell me that they were out of bigger cups andthere were three other girls in the back and they were extremely rude not just to me but to the kid who was taking my order andI got a blizzard that was dripping out ice cream and it was obviously overfull and my experience was horrible vI am just sayingif I want icecream I will go to Lins because this was absolutely ridiculous and I am pretty sure there was no manager there whowas supervising them because it really seems like they need someone to babysit them so this doesn't not happen again Read more
