This place is ha-whacky in a great way. They offer a very unique experience by doing weekly menus from around the world with... well executed results. I'm especially fond of their Ramen. I'm also fond of how they've adapted to the pandemic, and hope thatwhen things return to normal, they're able find a more permanent location that treats them well. Lovely restaurant. The chefs poor their heart and soul into this place and it shows in their excellent and varied cuisine. ... They are friendly and love to socialize among the guests. Reservations are tough to get, but it doesn't hurt to call lastminute as we were able to get a table. The chefs explained to us that the reservations are needed because they drive to Vegasto their specialty supplies for their weekly menus and base their purchase in the number of reservations.
