Just passing through and thought we'd like some KFC. Going to get to the point. Going to KFC for chicken and you don't have it... is unacceptable. Your whole business is geared around making and delivering to customers Chicken! Ended up paying for my orderonly to find out they were out of it. They have issues with the people that work there. Very slow. Refused to give me a whole order of crispy because they had to cook it but still made me wait nearly 15 minutes for... my food at the drive up. Did not include napkins, plates, or sporks with the meal on last visit from here either. Read more
The spicy chicken sandwich was very good. The popcorn chicken....not so much. Too hard to chew, gave me the wrong sauce and the... biscuit was very dry and the drive thru gave us NO BUTTER. So not exactly thrilled 2 of the 3 items ordered were less thanaverage. Husband went in to complain about the order and they threatened him with the cops!
