I went through the drive through and they told me it would be a 5 minute wait if I wanted Honey Walnut Shrimp. I said I was fine... with that. (I was willing to wait in the parking lot for longer if needed.) I got my food immediately which was nice, but theshrimp wasn't fully sauced up. Food was ok as always but the customer service I received from the manager (Steven) was just very poor. I really like that... always Panda Express serves pretty abundantly but NOT Steven?He served my plate pretty poorly and when asked him to please putmore he started saying in a very ?bossy? way that one scooped was the standard serving and I told him that money was not theissue and just for him to start defending his poorly serving and arguing with a customer was not the proper way to providecustomer service. Please someone from upper management talk to Kevin and explain that that?s no the way to treat and argue witha loyal 20 year customer!! Read more
