so me and a friend went to Shell at 1am to pick up some stuff on 5/6/20, my friend wanted to buy some smokes but i didnt have my... ID on me so we went back home, he left around 3am to go home but stopped at shell to pick up smokes since its one of the onlyopen gas stations but was refused because he came in earlier with someone who didnt bring his ID. telling him its agaisnt thelaw to sell him smokes yet he is 24. you guys need to work on customer service cus im no longer going to go to shell if thatshow me and my friends are treated, dont have employees make fake laws just to be lazy and not sell stuff... mind you i was notthere at 3 am, i was home sleeping yet they still didnt sell to him even tho we are over 21.
