Found this place with google maps after first place we went was closed. It is near the mall which still has lots of open areas... to be developed and has lots of winding roads around it. So it is relatively small out lot with 2 or 3 other stores in it andhunting for it is worth the effort. I will definitely go back and go out of my way to get here if not closer to one of my otherfavorite sushi places. The decor is pleasant but also somewhat plain. Nicer than another place I like and brighter thananother I like. None are overly fancy or expensive but the food is good. This place even off the beaten path actually seemedto be busier than the others This a good testimony in itself. The food was good and some of the lunch specials were a reallygood deal too. The staffing seemed a little light as most restaurants are these days but food was delivered in a timely mannerand correct. Read more
Great place even though it's right next to the shopping center. We came in and no one wanted to wait on us. It was our first... time and non of the ladies there was like let me help. We went to the front grabbed a menu and looked. Then went to a table andthen the waitress finally asked us togo or for here. She was nice after she took our order and apologized for not greeting us.The food was great we got the $30 special, 2 rolls valued at $14 each and 2 appetizers and 2 miso soups ???? . Got here about 30 minutes before closing but it took waitress about 13 minutes to get to us for a drink. Kitchen closes at... 8:50pm so we had one shot at ordering our sushi. Can't complain. The price is great!!! The food delicious. ???????? Read more
We really enjoyed this sushi spot in Cedar Hill. It?s on the outside of the mall, so parking isnt a problem, though a tree has... obscured the main sign and logo. The service was subpar, but we really enjoyed the dishes themselves. We did the crunchy crabroll and the New Orleans roll which were both great, flavorful, and pretty filling. It?s also quiet which we appreciated from aconversation piece as we didn?t have to yell to hear each other. It?s not a gourmet sushi spot, but we will definitely becomeregulars here. Read more
