I have visited wingstop 3 times in both cedar hill and desoto within the last couple of months, and the quality was poor.... Chicken cooked to hard and hardly any seasoning or sauce on wings. And fries cooked or seem to be cooked twice. For the costtheir quality should be so much better. I'm done! I will frequent small businesses to give them a try. Read more
I had a terrible order of what appeared to be refried wings which is against codes to reuse food. Then I went back to get them... again and it is ridiculous how the what is supposed to be Korean Spicy wings looked like they had black charcoal sauce poredover them. And, I had to pay for a sauce to go with the order. What do they think I kept the ranch from a week ago. This WingStop has a 3 rating that needs to fall less. People pay too much money for the order to be processed to less than that. ???? Read more

Possibly one of my worst experiences. My daughter was ordering and the employees just laughed at her for not knowing what to... say. She also waited way longer than she need to for a sandwich and fries due to the fact that the employees were just standingaround and forgot about her order that had been sitting in the kitchen. If I didn?t say anything who knows how long she wouldhave to wait. The food wasn?t even that good, the fries were lukewarm at best.
