Ordered from here for the first time.. and the brisket had nothing but fat cap.. I hate fat.. the rib had taste but tough, the... brisket was also tough no flavor at all.. best thing I ate was the sauce.. and I spent 70 dollars on take out and gave a $10.00tip before even trying it.. A month ago I went to this location, I hadn't been in a few years. I placed a large order that came out to $99 and some change.... The young lady at the counter was not helpful at all and lacked basic customer service skills. When my order was ready, I openedthe containers to check that it was right. Well, I immediately asked for a refund. The appearance of the brisket was enough tomake my stomach churn. During the processing of my refund, the young lady informed me that this location is no affiliated withthe one in Plano and that told me everything I needed to know. I won't be going back. Very disappointed with this visit. Ordered a slab of ribs and 1/2 pound of sausage, along with beans and potatoe salad. The... sausage was good, but the ribs just fell short on taste, texture and even looks. It will be awhile if I go back. Read more
