Great service and relaxing atmosphere. Staff is friendly, courteous, and attentive. Recommend a visit for fresh, hot, and... delicious food. Great drink prices. There are plenty of TVs to watch your favorite teams play. Give it a try, you won't bedisappointed. Read more

Came here this Veterans Day 2022. Sign says wait to be seated. There's already a backup of folks waiting. Wasn't sure what was... going on. No staff ever showed up. Walked past the sign, past a seating area barricaded off by chairs, towards the bar. 70% ofthe empty tables still had all the dishes and left over food on them. No staff to be seen. I'm a Vet, but don't need a couplefree boneless wings that bad. We left. Read more

As others have said.. this place is bad. Not sure if franchise owner or the corporation is to blame but maybe -consistently-... the worst experience I have had dining out. Pre-covid it always just felt dirty (sticky tables and having to return dirtyglasses or dishes). But post covid, service is just terrible and the manager that I encountered displayed zero customer skillswhen we spoke. The short story the last time I went in (literally will be the part unless I hear it?s under new mgmt and theyget some cleaning help.): myself and a friend went on a Sunday to grab a beer and share a couple appetizers to catch up. Theyhave (guessing) 50 tables as and a bar.. the place is maybe 1/4 full. They have a single bench in the lobby, 2 people waitingand two groups follow us in the door making it 4 groups and about 8-10 people. They won?t sit anyone at tables because thekitchen is behind (we offered to not order so we could just sit and talk until they were ready). The waitress (also appeared tobe the hostess) said she would ask the manager.. he came up and just said ?we are not seating?. We suggested we would wait toorder until they were ready and were just told ?no?, then we asked if we could just go get a drink at bar.. ?no?.. no apology,no ?we are short handed?, just a powerless waitress and uncaring manager without concern about repeat customers or taking careof the business he manages. It?s all good the area is exploding and the place will be gone with already worst reviews inLeander/CP if they don?t take notice. It?s a bummer, BW3?s in other locations that are managed well are pretty good. Read more

The wings were good, our server didn?t seem like she wanted to be there at all. Took ab 10 mins to get a couple drinks on the... table. We were bothered with two different employees trying to sell us tickets while we were eating. Won?t be back. Read more
