I had the worst customer service today. I placed my order. The girl correctly repeated my order. She made a totally different... drink, then repeatedly shouted the name of the drink she made looking at me as if I should have acknowledged the drink that Ididn?t order. Incredible place! I?ve been here way too many times to remember because it?s so great! Convenient location that?s worth every... penny, and even some extra. Although the whole menu may not be for everyone, once you find something (or multiple things) thatyou like, you just can?t stop going back! Even when busy, every worker still does everything they can to ensure top-notchservice and I honestly wish that I could give even more stars than 5. Although I have a soft-spot for small businesses, thatdoesn?t change the fact that the atmosphere, quality, and love put into this place simply goes above and beyond everyone?sexpectations. No clue how it has this many stars honestly. I've had Boba from all around the U.S. and this place was by far the worst. The... Taro was way too sweet and the Thai tea had a strange after taste. Boba was ok and the ambiance is nice, but the tea wasterrible. There are better Places to go in Austin for Boba. Read more
