If I could put a zero star review, I would. I literally just called this business to order 2 medium pizzas because there were... issues ordering online. The guy I spoke to instructed me to try again after I explained to him that I attempted 4 unsuccessfulonline orders. I asked him if he could just take the order over the phone and he pretty much told me "No". His response was "Idon't know what to tell you." It was obvious that he had no idea what he was talking about. He then began to tell me that wewere out of delivery range- which is untrue considering we've ordered from this company twice in the past via delivery. By thetone of his voice, he was extremely uninterested in what I had to say and definitely DID NOT want to do his job. I am extremelydisappointed in this amount of customer service. Whoever this guy is- he really needs to be fired. The company is taking a majorblow by keeping this person employed. Read more

We went for an early lunch on a Friday and we were seated immediately. It wasnt very busy and we had some doubts. We started... with the eggplant rollatini and it was very good. I did mention to Daniel our server, the flavor was spot on but it was barely,if at all warm in the center but still very good. I ordered the Mediterranean pizza and my husband ordered Chicken Pesto pizza. Both of us were born in NYC and didn't expect the pizza to come close at all to NY pizza. Glad we were wrong! This was the bestwe have found searching for a super good NY style/flavor pizza. We were very pleased and will definitely be back! Read more

First-timers to this Cedar Park restaurant but we really loved this place! Service was great, food delivered quickly, and we... were checked on frequently by Daniel. We had the Eggplant Rolatini for an appetizer and while it could've been a tad hotter, itwas still delicious! We also tried the Mediterranean and Chicken Pesto pizzas and they were both terrific! Can't wait to eat ourleftovers! We'll definitely be back! Read more

The pizza here is good as it should be for what we paid. Ingredients are premium, I'm sure. Additional toppings are $3 each,... regardless if you choose to have them on the whole pizza or half. Don't get me wrong, I'm willing to pay for better qualitystuff for anything and this place isn't meant to be another big chain, high-volume pizza joint. It's an "upscale casual"franchise. That didn't really sink in until after I paid the $35 ticket for the three topping 16" pie and two iced teas. Butthe thing that killed the experience is that we waited a LONG time for our food. Our waiter apologized repeatedly for the delayand promptly refilled our drinks. The restaurant didn't appear to be excessively busy, either. We had to change the order fromdine-in to take-out as we had other commitments that evening. To be fair, I should go back to give Russo's another chance andtry other items on the menu. I'm a little hesitant to be honest. EDIT: We came back and tried a few other things on the menu. Ithought the gnocchi was pretty good. My wife didn't care for it so much, but she's never been a big fan of gnocchi so take thatwith a grain of salt. The dish she ordered was forgettable, IMO. Really, it didn't leave an impression on either one of us andwe honestly forgot what it was. Chicken something or other, it wasn't particularly bad, just nothing spectacular. Aside from thefood, our service was horrible that night. I was pretty upset. I shouldn't have to flag a server down or get out of my seat toask someone for refills on drinks. Unlike our waiter from our first visit, this waiter was not attentive and let us go dry. This really killed our second experience here so I'm dropping my review from three stars to two. Read more
