The hours are not correct at all. It is always hit or miss whether you can actually be served. Came at midnight after ordering... on the app, which normally will not let you order if they are closed. When I get there it is fully shutdown and no one here. Thehours state until 2AM. This is not the only time I have come here and no one was here. Tried ordering food online at this location 4 times over the past 3 months following well within posted business hours online.... No issues placing the order, online says its open, so should be open... right? Wrong each time was refused service because theyapparently are understaffed. If that's the case update the hours on Google and taco bells website. You wasted my time and money.I am reporting this store to corporate. I went in today during my lunch break hoping to grab the kids a quick bite and return to work. I?m yelled at from the back... kitchen to use the kiosk to place my order , cool. 20 mins go by , no food , no updates ? no nothing. I waited an additional 13mins before finally requesting my money back. I had to wait an additional 10 mins to get the manager to come give me my refund .She didn?t even bother to apologize for the wait or my experience, no nothing ! She almost acted offended as if it was her thatwas inconvenienced. I have loved this location for years but the staff is not the same obviously. Long waits for a terrible product. 20 minute wait... with only one car in front of me to get a taco and a burrito. I did not change anything to the taco. It really came out thisway. So sad. Read more

Walked in order Lunch. No one in dining room .One car in drive through. Waiting for about a minute. The lady working yells from... the drive window, " Hey ,use the order screens" I kindly said ,no thanks those screens are filthy ,I'm in no hurry I'llwait" She snapped back with a snarell, showing her teeth in Anger...and said " WELL ITS GONNA BE AWHILE THEN!!!!
