I ordered the appetizer nachos with added brisket and it barely had any on it, I didn?t like the taste of the salsa on the side... either. But the wings were delish and the staff was friendly. This is probably a problem with many places but there were twoflies trying to get our food the entire time, so we ate and got out of there. Read more
TERRIBLE. DISAPPOINTED. I sat at the bar for about 15 minutes and there was only 1 other patron at the other end. Nobody else... in the restaurant besides at least 6 employees out front. Not one of them helped me. I left and told them I was disappointed.Best part is the bartender cashed out the guy at the end of the bar looked at me grabbed her phone and went around the corner.When I walked to the end of the bar, and got to the corner she leaned out to look at me and was still holding her phone in handand looked me. Ordered the buffalo pizza, should have read the menu closer, came with jalapeno on it, just picked them off. Menu said medium... buffalo sauce but seemed a little hotter than that. I would order it again and try to remember no jalapenos. Wife had achicken sandwich and seemed to be enjoying it. Read more
I am a regular at BBW and I am sad to say that today was probably my last time ordering from them. I am giving this review 2... stars because its not the staff's fault. If it wasn't for them it would be a 1 star. I have gone along with the price hikes andthe bogo half off from the good old bogo free days but today took the cake. I order 20 wings traditional and the size of theseflats were literally the same or smaller than my pinky. I called and they said sorry the distribution has been spotty and that'sit. I understand but some reassurance of quality control should be the precedence. The quality has dropped so drastically thatI will no longer return or waste my money. Read more
