Exceptionally long wait just to place the order in drive-thru with one car at the window already & one in the lane adjacent to... me followed by another nearly 10 min wait behind the same two cars at the window. Ordered a 8pc mozzarella sticks & oreo shake.The shake was relatively melted it was 14° F. outside & the mozzarella sticks were good but hadn't noticed no marinera tillseveral blocks later. I was very un impressed . Terrible customer service. Move forward ? Put hand out for payment when I wasn't even. Told how much ?... Food was gross! Ya store on 33rd Ave def needs some better management to train employees proper way to deal with customers. Read more
Went through drive thru at night and the food was fresh. Can't say it was always so but it was that night.
Nice and clean. Fish was ok, fries were excellent, diet Coke was nice and cold. Service was reasonably fast.
