The last two times I have gone to El Paraiso my food has been amazing but my service has been terrible. Our waitress never... checked on us once we got our food, never came to refill our drinks, and we had to ask a woman who was clearing tables for ourchecks and to go boxes. Many of the wait staff were on their phones or congregating by the bar. We weren't the only tablelooking around for their wait staff. My bill alone was nearly $50. I had a mango margarita and ceviche which was fantastic. Ihave waited tables before and I understand there is a shortage of help, but this was just unacceptable tonight. There wereplenty of people working, no excuse for the poor service. Next time (if there is one) my order will be to go. I met three of myclosest friends there because I love the food and none of them said they'd be back. If you have the time and patience to eatthere, the food is really good. Read more
I went in a large group and got several marg towers. The place was fun. I ordered tacos and they were fantastic. It did take a... decent amount of time to get our food though. All in all I had a good time and the food and drinks were good. Read more

We have only been here twice. The food was excellent both times. The first time, we ordered a large beer, this time we ordered a... medium sized margarita. I was shocked when I got the check. Asked about using the juice box there and the employee acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. Way too quietbesides there being a game on. The best thing was the margaritas.
