All the staff greeted me kindly and everytime I've been in there I've had nothing but amazing customer service...until now. A... employee with bright dyed red hair was asked by one of their very busy coworkers to help make drinks but he ignored her andwalked out. Very rude and bad work ethic. Read more

The ice cream was good and also the tea. Fast and efficient. The place was neat and clean.
Normally I enjoy my experience at Hi Tea- but now that there is a completely new staff, the service is awful. The regular worker... with bangs and glasses is the best, and honestly I feel bad for her! She was the only one actually taking orders and makingdrinks. Her co-worker was just sitting on her phone and ignoring everyone who came in. She even watched me walk in and totallyignored me and made the worker with glasses do everything during a rush while she just sat there. Hoping the staff will actuallystart working and get drinks out I'm a timely manner and actually interact with their customer base. Read more
