I went there drive through, in line for 20 min. Before i could order. The had one person taking order, filling them , and... handing them out. He took 2 orders did everything else and came back to do orders. I felt bad for this young man when i got upthere to get to see 1 cook, the manger cleaning, and another guy stand around. There was still 8 cars behind me. Being a mangermyself , i think your manger should have stopped a minute. Help with the customers then went back to the cleaning . The otherguy standing around could have filled the orders also. My crispy chicken sandwich was not crispy either. I was verydisappointed since i had craved it for awhile.
