We waited 29 minutes for our order. I wish I was exaggerating. Lobby was closed. Called twice as we waited out front. Had to go... through the drive thru to get my money back. This is not an isolated incident. Very poorly run location and a prime example ofthe times we live in. No one wants to work or take responsibility. I waited over 10 minutes in line for a car to pull up in the other lane and get served within 1 min. I brought this up to the... employee and stated that I would need my order completed first since I had been waiting 10x longer than the other vehicle.Instead of offering any customer service or attempting to make anything right the employee told me he didn't care. I had gotten 4 cheeseburgers, 4 medium fries, 40 Chicken nuggets, 6 sauces, a medium sprite, a caramel sundae with M&Ms, and an... Oreo mcflurry. You know what I got? 4 cold soggy medium fries, COLD NASTY NUGGETS, they didn't give me the right sauce. I gotNOTHING ELSE but the cold nasty fries and nuggets. No burgers, no drinks, no ice cream.
