Started with the ahi tuna aguachiles. This is something I would order anytime I see it or ceviche on the menu. This dish was so... salty I was unable to taste any of the flavors of the fish, fruit or vegetables. Disappointing for the restaurant since Iabsolutely love every single bite at The Essex. Ordered the pork carnitas. Stay tuned for that review. Forgot to take a picbut the pork was amazing! Tender, flavorful and the mole sauces were great. It made up for the tuna.
