Worst experience with cold stone at this location..we reached 45 minutes before closing but all three staff members seemed... extremely annoyed, we requested to taste the flavor and they denied putting blame on covid as we been to so many other locationsof cold stone and they the have resumed taste test way much earlier, they have limited flavors, prices are way beyond higher ascompared(went to Babylon location 4 months ago and the tub over there was $16 while this location charged $23. I asked for gramcrackers and yellow cake for topping and had nothing in ice cream just itsi bitsy pieces of yellow cake. They over over chargedand didn?t even bother to give in return. Worst location and worst staff. Never going back to this location. Read more

I haven?t had their ice cream in years ! Used to be very decent. We craved for one tonight. WTH happened? Subpar and pricey .... All flavors tasted artificial. Strawberry, chocolate and Don?t ever have the pistachio one ! What a disappointment! What wasthat ? Starting with the color. Screams artificial! OMG horrible and expensive $45 for 3 ice creams no more ! I can?t believethis place still stands with endless lines. You guys get content to pay a lot of money for artificial stuff! Read more
