My family and I just moved into the area. We decided to grab something quick. While we waited on our food in the lobby, there... were flies everywhere and all the tables were disgusting. Worst experience I've ever had, staff was rude, unprofessional, just not what I grew up with. I will NEVER go back to... McDonald's in our state. Been to 2 in the last 2 weeks, same experience. I can't wait for the staff to get them shut down andout of our town. I called corporate, but they didn't have the decency to return my call. The sign on the door says they want toknow. And I grew up with the Matthew's family but thought i would follow through with appropriate steps to take care of thesituation. The Bentonville location called my lady an f' en b, for there mistake, then threw food at her. All on record aftershe sat in the drive thru for over 25 minutes and number 3 in line. That is unacceptable and they better be glad I wasn't there. NOONE TALKS TO MY LADY LIKE THAT, ESPECIALLY A MCDONALD'S DRIVE THRU EMPLOYEE.
