Had been to Starbucks Centerton location Staff services are good and response to customer queries is good. I?ve been to many Starbucks but this Starbucks has some very rude employees. They dont care about getting your order right, they... give you your drink how THEY want not how you want. I?ve had Many unsatisfied moments, especially with a specific employee andno matter how nice or friendly I am, super bad attitude, I think she?s a manager not sure, I now just avoid going to thisStarbucks. I shouldn?t have to reorder the same drink twice to get proof of a constant problem with this store. Also, I don?tthink it?s right that they always try to shorten customers drinks because they ask for light ice or no ice, everytime I ask forfor no or light ice I recieve an incomplete drink from the size I ordered and they tell me everytime that ?it?s company policy?.But I?ve never had this problem at other Starbucks!? Very confused on company policy then. I shouldn?t have to feeluncomfortable pulling up to a place I enjoy my coffee from. Unfortunately this is the only store close to home but driving tothe Starbucks in Bentonville is so much more worth it, I definitely recommend!
