Hello everyone, me and my family had a bad experience at this BRAVO location in Centerville Ohio. We got there at 3:15 pm, our... waiter Molly provided us great customer service, she took our drinks and food order we were hungry and ready. But after waitinguntil 3:58 pm we were not happy at all. Long wait for our food cold lasagna, chicken tenders burned hard as a rock ???? andlet's not talk about the French fries ???? not sure what went on in the back but there were only 2 other tables inside occupied at that time. We complained to Molly she made sure to tell the kitchen and got us fresh food and a discount but still we are notgoing back to Bravo. Bad???? Read more
Should have known when we walked in on Saturday evening at 7PM and the place was 80% empty! The meal was marginal at best. Wife... had a chicken pasta dinner she could not eat. I had egg plant parmesan. Should have sent it back. The service was good and thebeer cold! The prices were high, but everywhere is getting expensive. We will not be returning any time soon. Read more
The food used to be so good here. And maybe sit down service has a better chance, but I had to share this disgusting flatbread... that I received. Not only did it look two days old, but it looked like someone ate off of it. Did I get an employees meal thathad been sitting in the kitchen all day? I don’t know but it’s disappointing. This place is huge and had a decent ambience. The staff were friendly and polite. It was not busy. The menu is a big huge. I... tried the Chicken Parmesan (5/5) the chicken was cooked very good and had a nice crunch to it. The pasta was also cooked welland had a good bite to it. The portions are big. The food is good however I received VERY poor service the last time I was there. I had to wait 15 minutes just to place my drink... order and I was tempted to leave but another waitress took over. She was hateful and the first waitress acted as if she did notcare. I have recieved good service from Dean, Jude and Marcus but these two were very bad. Megan and Jessica are the reasons Imay not return. I have came here many times over the years and this really upset me.
