This trop is clearly understaffed, but for the amount of customers they had with just the three females that were working on a... Friday night? They did amazing. They were all so polite, the food and smoothies are amazing as always, and they had my food anddrinks out in a pretty timely manner considering the drive-through was completely backed up & there was a line of people insideand only three people working. I have been to almost every Tropical Smoothie in the Dayton area. As I bit into my breakfast wrap, it was very cold. I looked... closer and none of the cheese was melted at all and the egg was cold. Every other one that I?ve been to has been great and thewrap/contents were all cooked. When I walked in, the girl didn?t even greet me and barely had spoken one word. That defeats the entire point of the pick up order ahead, especially if I have to talk to you. And no, itwasn't busy, Google maps even said "no wait" and there were two other patrons at the time, one car in drive thru.
