Overall had a good experience here. Was not busy at all when we went which made things very easy for us and the merchant. Yogurt... was good. The place itself is really nice. Didn't take any pictures sorry. The one complaint my wife and I have is with themenu. We both ordered a small whitster. $4.75 each. When time to cash out the bill was $14.00. So a little of a shock . Theycharge a $1.00 extra for each topping which is the norm. Our problem with this is with out at least one topping being includedit's not a whitster it's just blender yogurt. The other is a good cashier would let you know. "Hey toppings are $1.00 extraare you okay with that?" Yes it is on the menu but very small. Again overall we would visit again. Read more

Wanted to support a local business and was excited to see vegan options available. However, we were very disappointed and will... not be going back. There were 2 vegan options. Neither were fresh and were frozen solid and hard as a rock. Once it meltedenough to eat, both the vanilla and pumpkin flavors were so bad they were not edible. Not at all creamy and VERY artificialtasting. I make my own vegan ice cream and mine is 100 times better. The secret? Use real ingredients. On top of that, extremelyslow/bad service. I understand it?s kids working there, but an adult manager on the shift would be beneficial. Read more

We?ve been twice and both times it was a pretty poor experience. First time we waited 45 minutes for ice cream which is pretty... crazy for ice cream. The second time my wife received her ice cream and mine didn?t show. Went back to the front counter to askhow much longer the wait would be and the response was ?we already turned the the machine? which was sad. They still got myorder to me but come on? Honestly we?re not terribly surprised both nights we were there it seemed like things were being ranby kids with very little direction or discipline. For custard it?s not worth the experience. Less than two blocks down is aGreaters with a much better product and vastly better experience. I understand the owners are local so I hate to leave a lowscore but you have to own the experience and after two visits it doesn?t seem like there has been any improvement. Pic is fromthe night my wife finished her ice cream before I even received mine because they turned off the custard machine beforefinishing orders. Read more

Updating my review because some things have changed for the better. The customer service has improved and they fixed a few of... the tables. So that?s helpful. But let?s talk about that side window. Nobody uses it - and why not? It?s not clear what a?scoop? is. Is that a scoop in a cup? A cone? A bowl? No, it is a single scoop of prepackaged product in a cup. And it is awful. The ice crystals are HUGE and give the custard a gritty taste. Added one star for the slightly improved experience but no more. There are still many logistical issues with this location. Read more

The layout and level of organization are poor. Take a look at the photo from the front. There's enough room for maybe two... people inside before the line wraps around across the front door toward the dining area, so anyone entering has to cut throughthe line and awkwardly ascertain the situation. The wait to order was about 5 minutes. We ordered a single vanilla scoop in acup but weren't served for at least 15 minutes, might have been 20, at which point our toddler reached the limits of hisendurance and we needed to leave. On the way to the register to ask for my money back, I asked one of the employees what ticketnumber they were up to, she told me the numbers were "randomized." That's fine, but multiple parties who had arrived after uswere served while we just sat there stupidly without a single teenage employee bothering to look in our direction. They dugthrough a pile of tickets in the trash to find ours and then served us. It felt like our presence was an inconvenience tothem. I would not recommend this place to anyone with a serious peanut or tree nut allergy. They have both peanuts andmacadamia nuts on the menu, and what I saw did not inspire confidence that they are trained or equipped to avoidcross-contamination. We won't be returning any time soon.
