Got food through the app as I?m working, and when I got it went to take a bite of the tres leches and there is mold all over the... strawberries, I don?t know how old this is and it?s disgusting no one would check. I puked right after. This is disgusting. Ialso went to call the number listed and it?s a fax number. I can?t leave to go take it back because I?m working but I?veattached pictures. Horrible food and worse service! Not only was the tortilla raw, the beans undercooked and the meat almost nonexistent but the... owner hassled me over my dietary restrictions and tried to force me to get a salad instead of a burrito when I requested thetortilla on the side. Cold beans and lack of care. Got a sweet pork quesadilla and the pork was only on half of the folded tortilla as well it was... nowhere near 10 dollars worth of cheese and pork and/or the quality of 10 dollars. In addition to the pork issues the tortillawasn't even cut, just folded. The beans weren't cooked all the way and we're cold. The rice was average Mexican style rice andwas at least warm. The gentleman taking the orders made me feel uncomfortable by being snappy and demanding when asking what Iwanted and the way he directed the other staff made them visibly uncomfortable as well. When it came to adding condiments at theend the gentleman was a bit better than the first but he seemed bothered by each request I made for additional condiment. Whenchecking out I had to correct the cashier lady a bunch of times of which food was mine and she kept trying to get me to pay forthe gentleman's food who was behind me in line. Eventually another employee came and took over for the struggling cashier. Can'twait for the chipotle in town to open up and put pressure on this business to improve their experience. Read more
The last 2 times I have been to this location have been very pleasant. All of the employees are happy and very friendly. They... are quick to get orders done and accurate. They go above and beyond by getting napkins, silverware and cleaning my table. Read more
