Every time I order from here lately it says it'll be ready at a certain time and then it's usually a half an hour or more later.... The last time when I went in there I could see my pizza sitting there and whoever was working part of the counter didn't seem tounderstand I needed my pizza and said he couldn't get it for me. If there's people in there that can't get you your food theyshould not be working at the front counter I waited for 25 minutes for my pizza that was sitting right there. This used to be apretty good location but it has gone downhill dramatically. Read more

The orders are always near immediate. From what I can tell from the one star reviews are because they came at night late, which... is always busy, and the employees have to rush to get orders in, and with the sheer amount of people ordering, some orders areforgotten in the rush. There is also impatience on the one star reviews, where they can't wait even a short time of twentyminutes. Read more
