I used to love this place and would stop by for a drink regularly while picking up my kids from school. However, recently when... trying to redeem a coupon (one of those fundraiser cards by Viewmont High) that has printed on the card valid 11/2021-10/2022,the cashier said they were no longer accepting the cards. I shared that I had just used it the other day, and why is today allof a sudden not valid, it's only Sept 2022? Other companies still validate the coupon, but Twisted Sugar reps (while trying totrain new employees) decided to no longer provide great customer service and no longer honor this fundraiser card. The cookies and drinks are fantastic and it's a great place. Glad that it's in Centerville. But one of the biggest reasons I... don't go here very often is because the service is consistently slow. The kids running the place always seem to be goofingaround when go in or I look inside from the window. They are all kids, I can't blame them too much. Amazing quality! The batter for their cookies is phenomenal and the staff is very kind. Sometimes the line can build up but they... usually process everyones order quickly. All of my orders were fulfilled accurately. Personal favorite between my friends and Iis the Banana Cream Pie cookie, definitely worth a try!
