I went into Dunkin Douts this morning to get an ice coffee. It took me 15 min, to get my drink. The employee told, them 3 times... to make my drink. It was not that busy. Read more
Order via the mobile app at 7:25. Go to the store and order is still not ready. I received my order 25 minutes after I had made... the order on the app. When I finally get my order, I get raw bacon. Needless to say, waste of money as I had to throw it away. Read more
Dunkin overall needs to do better. Employees should NOT be cleaning machines BEFORE close time. If a place closes at 9 then... that?s when the machines should be cleaned. I don?t ever want to hear from an employee that you do it ahead of time so you canleave early.. no. If I?m there before 8 I should get my drink. Not how the business should be ran.
