The food was not very good and luke warm at best. Only one employee working on a Friday afternoon. Very unfair for an employee... to run a whole restaurant all alone - seating customers, serving, bartending and cooking!!! Employee kept a great attitude(could tell he was very stressed) and I felt terrible for him. Management should be extremely ashamed and embarrassed. Wherewas the manager in a situation like this? Normally TGI Fridays are easy and friendly. This location is extremely poorly managed. The guy seating was eating a sandwich and... had no overview. Asked for our name and headcount 6 times. Despite us having booked a table we waited 20 minutes to be seated inthe restaurant with only a third capacity full. We waited 20 minutes for drinks and 45 minutes for food. 1 hour and ten minuteswith no food. Several other guests left because their tables were not attended. I hope the chain will fix this, as it ruins thereputation :-( Read more

Upon arrival, we waited at the host stand only to find there was no one in sight. After waiting for 5 minutes we decided to sit... at the bar. Once at the bar, we sat for another 15 minutes waiting for service. We had to get up and walk around the restaurantto find anyone to ask for service. We ordered drinks and were told by the bartender that a previous guest had told her themiller light was flat so my girlfriend decided to order a Coors light instead, which to no surprise, was flat too. From there weordered 2 appetizers, the pretzels and the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls. They both were clearly warmed up in the microwave so wedecided not to order entrees after that. The bartender never provided us with side plates or napkins. Not to mention, when wesat at the bar, the seats next to us hadn’t been bussed yet and were never bussed in the entire time we were there. The barwas a mess and not busy at all. We even had the pleasure of watching the employees get into a verbal argument at the other endof the bar while we waited to order. We asked for the check and left immediately. 0/10 would not recommend. Read more

20 minutes after sitting down, not even one person came to the table to greet us or even take a drink order. Walked out still... without being greeted. The place was not even busy at all as there were maybe 5 tables. Management, do better. Read more

Stay far away from this location. The chips and salsa were absolutely not fresh, we also ordered broccoli and cheddar soup and... was charged for soup when it wasn't even a full bowl. Unbelievable and the waitress had nothing but an attitude. Next thechicken fajita was ordered for my daughter and guess what? The chicken was ice cold and I got the chicken Alfredo tortellini andthe tortellini was frozen. I complained to the waitress and said just get me my bill this is the worst location ever. Theytook off only $15 for food we didn't eat. Are you kidding me? I asked the waitress for the manager and she grunted. Managercomes over and I said the waitress wanted to give to go boxes. I wanted to enjoy my food hot not frozen. I'm not paying thisand she said we never take off full price. Guess what? Corporate will know about this and if they can't handle inside ordersthey should just go back to takeout Read more
