If you want to be served at this location, you'll have to wait for the staff to finish socializing with their friends before... they'll take your order. And if you get tired of waiting and leave, you can expect to see said employees laughing at you asthey watch you leave through the front window. Inexcusable poor, rude "service". Avoid at all costs. This is a training store. All new employees and managers train at this location before they are sent to their real stores.... Because of this there is always long lines. BUT I have never gotten my coffee wrong. Staff is always pleasant. Read more
