Ben Gong's is the best milke tea in the area. I love drinking milk tea from here. They always have something new to try. People... who are lactose intolerant just like me, try their mile tea they use lactose free milk. Gotta love them for using goodingredients! Read more
"Bubbles" had horrible texture, like chewing on boogers. Drink was basically milk with virtually zero sweetness: plain bad.... Asked nicely if they could remake it, they refused. I would give this zero stars if I could. I thought I would give this place a try. While my drink was decent, my fiancés drink... was absolutely awful. The bubbles were horrendous in texture. It felt as if I was chewing on phlegm. The tea itself was terribleas well. We asked for 25% sweetness, but it felt like I was drinking pure high fructose corn syrup. The manager refused to letus exchange the drink for something else and asked to see our receipt, even though we had just ordered there not minutes ago. Ican understand not allowing refunds, but not even an exchange? This manager was extremely rude to boot and physically“shoo’d” us away. BOTTOM LINE: AVOID this place. If you want bubble tea, just drive a few minutes towards Kung Fu Tea. Read more
