We came here for Sunday lunch, and there’s no wait at all. We ordered the assorted intestine pod and two meat dishes for BBQ... (cube beef and thick cut pork belly). The food was very delicious, and we two people couldn’t finish the three items. Theyoffered complementary salad, sauce and garlic if you asked for it, and we enjoyed wrapping the meat inside the leaves withgarlic. The service was also very good. TLDR: Don\'t get the spicy cold noodles and corn cheese. Definitely try out the beef tartare. A cloud beer with everything cuts... a lot of the richness.\n\nI am a big advocate of Korean BBQ. I absolutely love that stuff! I was excited to hear a new oneopened up in Centreville and I had to give it a try!\n\nWe ended up getting Spicy Cold Noodles, Corn Cheese, Beef Tartare,Assorted intestines GUI and the Fried rice with cheese and fish roe. The food came out relatively quickly and we were ready tofeast.\n\nThe Spicy Cold Noodles was kind of whatever, they tasted like just a generic one you can get almost anywhere else. Asfor the Corn Cheese it was below average for me. It just tasted like they get corn and layered some cheese on top. It wasn\'tvery creamy in my opinion. I would definitely not get these two items again, as it was the most disappointing items Igot.\n\nThe Beef Tartare on the other hand was the best dish I had here. Also probably one of the best Beef Tartare\'s I havehad in general. It was seasoned really well, and had the right level of creaminess from the egg yolk and crunch from the garnishbelow. It was fantastic, we actually ordered another one after we finish this first one.\n\nThe Assorted intestines GUI was alsoreally good. It was nice and fatty, but also had a clean like taste, that other places do not have with their intestines. Whatmade it specifically good, was the powder they put on everything. That powder is highly addictive/ tasty.\n\nThe fried rice withcheese and fish roe was also added a lot to the experience since they cook it in the same dish the intestines were on. So theychop up what was leftover. It was a great way to end the meal!\n\nOverall, this place is fantastic! If it wasn\'t so expensive Iwould definitely go more often. I will definitely come back to get the Beef Tartare as well as the Assorted intestines GUI! Ifyou go and are above 21 I suggest you get a cloud beer with it, as it cuts a lot of the richness. Really enjoyed our Friday early-dinner (no wait) with Christina as the server!\n\nWe ordered 2 orders of pork belly (thick cut)... and an order of the assorted intestine gui, small size, with the rice cake add-on. Additionally, we ordered a steamed egg andbrisket soy bean stew. While most KBBQ restaurants serve you complimentary steamed egg and soy bean stew, you need to pay $5.99for it here but the portion size and flavors justify imo and worth a try. The pork meat was great quality and cooked very wellby the server. The assorted intestine gui was tasty - we’ve previously tried the spicy sauce one and enjoyed the plain onemore as it was more savory and roasty to our liking. The add-on rice cakes are thick and chewy and the gui overall was toppedwith garlic powder. Great banchans (side dishes), fresh veggies, and sauces to compliment the meats and overall a great mealexperience! Also, I think one of very few KBBQ places that have fountain sodas around Northern Virginia? FYI, this was a LOT offood for just two people but wanted to try a variety of things. Read more
