Only started going here this week, and have already been in TWICE! So much food that it is enough for a second meal! Ome (the... manager) always has a smile, generous portions, and made us feel like we were the only customers in the place. Can't wait to goback! Read more

Been picking up my dry cleaning next to this place forever and finally went in last week. WOW. It's now in my weekly rotation... without fail. Checks all the necessary boxes to make it a favorite place... And while everyone is friendly and helpful, I givea special call out to Omi. He makes you feel as if nothing on the planet is more important than YOUR order and he shows genuineappreciation for your business. There's at least 15 competing restaurants in the same shopping plaza and he makes a persuasiveargument to spend your money at Mezeh!! Read more

Consistently excellent experience, and this Mezeh is no exception! Freidnkt staff assembles the bowl with a wide range of... options - grains, greens, meats, vegetables and spreads, cheese, mixed veggies, and sauces. I appreciated the porcelain bowlfor dining in, a "green choice" that also takes the experience upscale. Read more

I?ve tried delivery and was disappointed but decided to give it a chance with take out, via ordering in person, and for me it... was night and day. I have yet to have a bad experience ordering in person and am always excited to get a bowl. The guy who worksthere, I don?t remember his name but I think it is Ome, is always so friendly and his recommendation on the spicy mango andtzatziki sauce mix is great. This is my go to place for a good bowl, especially when I want more vegetables to eat. Read more

I stopped by Mezeh last Tuesday and the employee was very stingy with the food but I let it go because I was only getting one... thing. However, Thursday I went back to get lunch and I am so disappointed. I never submit any bad reviews or try to talk to themanager but today I can't help but say something. I got 3 bowls and paid $19 for one, it is insane to say the least. First ofall, nowhere in-store/ or on the menu online does it say that steak shawarma is an automatic $3 extra charge. On top of that, you would think after paying for it, I wouldn't be served 2 teaspoons of it. So not knowing it is already charged for and theamount served not being enough, I paid extra to get more. What is upsetting is that I paid about $8 for steak shawarmaaltogether to get what I should have been given as a normal portion, it wasn't "extra meat" just charged $5 to make up for whatshould have been given in the first place so that the customer doesn't feel like they have to pay to get enough. My other bowlsbasically got all the leftover broken pieces of chicken kabob that are found at the bottom of the almost-finished container.Aside from protein, they are very stingy with toppings too, like a teaspoon of corn and such. Makes me wonder what exactly Ipaid almost $40 for, of which one was a kids' bowl. I will add, the customer service was great, and the lady serving me wasvery nice, however, a business is not run just on customer service. Why run an establishment when you are not honest aboutgiving people their money's worth? I am not the only one who has experienced this, I looked at other reviews and others have thesame thing to complain about. Clearly, it shows they don't care as they continue to serve portions poorly. It is dishearteningto love the food but not want to go back because you feel like you're being ripped off. Read more
