Pieology has a unique protein pizza crust made of chicken, eggs, and cheese. Good option for anyone eating Keto. I wanted to... try it, since I love pizza, but can no longer eat regular crust. I will say, the protein crust tastes a lot like ground chickenand with the toppings I added (sausage and pepperoni) it did taste a bit like protein overload. This was my first experience here and it was busy! And even though there were only 3 employees they worked excellent together to... get our orders done and right. The wait was well worth it I've had Blaze pizza and this was so so much better. Even in thebusiness their eating area was clean, napkins filled, restrooms cleaned it was great....
