Employees were very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a Cookie Crumble and chocolate chip cookie. About 15 minutes passed until... I noticed that they finished making my drink a long time ago. They never called my name and the whole time my drink was justsitting somewhere. I grabbed my drink, but noticed that my cookie wasn't there, I asked them about it but they looked at meconfused and walked away. I then went to ask a different employee and they said they'll go get it. About 5 minutes passed, stillno cookie. I saw the same employee again and asked them where my cookie was, they looked at me and ignored me so I asked thesame question louder. Another employee came up to me and told me what the problem was and I told them I need my cookie. Theemployee nodded their head and walked away. I'm still standing here waiting for like another 5 minutes until finally they cameback to give me my cookie. I've ordered this same thing at different Starbucks and I never had this problem.
