If I could give this place "0"stars I would. Honestly burger king headquarters if you're listening shut this location down...... It's not worth the management change which is surely needed...I'm sure this is a location in the metro area of New Orleanslacking sales. Check your books. On a daily basis you could not have one car in the line and they still pull you around to wait20 mins for your order to come out and once you do receive it it's cold ???? and they still have the nerve to have an attitudewhen you asking for a refund. Being in the fast food business I know there's a timer in drive thru they're fooling you guys likeit's not a long wait by pulling cars up when in actuality they're shaming you guys like everything is running smoothly..thinkI'm lying I go their on a normal basis proof...look if your listening to a clean house and revamp and retrain your whole crewhere. Burger King has got to be the worst fast food place in da parish. Everytime I go there (which is not very often) they never have... anything I want to order ,especially there shake machine. Then I could be the only customer in the drive thru or inside and youstill have to wait 30 mins for your order and when u get it it's always wrong and when they give you the right order it's coldand nasty or burnt to a crisp. I don't know how they are still in business tbh. Read more
