Got four subs and drove home to only see each sub was made incorrectly. For how much they cost I would expect them made... correctly. We didn't call cause it was late by the time we got home . We also know mistakes happen so we pray this doesn'tcontinue. I had to scrape off all the toppings my kids didn't want in order for them to eat it still thank god they did . Read more
My mom and I were in town for one night to go to my sister's collegiate XC meet in Gettysburg on Saturday morning. I have celiac... and my mom eats gluten free for other health reasons. When we searched for gluten free restaurants Caretti's was listed andafter reading reviews we decided to try it. We were very glad we did!!! It is hard to find true gluten free restaurants whiletraveling and Caretti's did not disappoint!!! They are very knowledgeable about cross contamination and celiac. Didn't even know there was 2 locations. They didn't even mention they were by Walmart until after processing my payment. I... immediately told them i didn't realize there was 2 and that i had apparently called the wrong location and asked them to cancelthe order. They refused and told me i had 20 minutes to get there to pick up the food because they were closing (also news tome after placing the order). Then they called me a liar because i said the person who answered never mentioned the locationuntil after processing the payment. I didn't think to check the address because i didn't know there was another location. Carrettis on Philadelphia ave. is way better. Don't waste your money at this location by Walmart. Edit to respond torestaurant response: you refunded the fries but refused to refund the entire order. I am not ignorant. As i told you, forsome reason when i typed in carrettis in google it gave me your number as opposed to the one i always go to which i explained onthe phone when i immediately told you i needed to cancel the order because somehow i had called the wrong location. But youtold me you already had my money and the food was cooking so you wouldn't cancel it. You did call me a liar when i said theperson on the phone didn't tell me a location when they answered because i told you it would be helpful if you said the locationwhen you answered because i didn't know there were two locations until after you had my money and told me you were byWalmart. Also, after eating the cheese steak it was definitely not worth it. The bread just did not taste good. The qualityof service and quality of food already guatanteed i would never order from you again. Everything was as I suspected as I order here at minimum once a week. Food is ready fast and hot ready for pick up.
