We had a party there to celebrate my son's 3rd Birthday. It is a nice brand new building with and open view of the kitchen. The... gentleman was very nice and gave us cups and cut one of our pizzas into 16 slices for the kids. The party room has a highceiling so everything echos. It has a door on the room which helps. HORRIBLE customer service. I tried to place an online order for the mix and match special. It said this location is not taking... online orders, so I called. The man that answered the phone said the mix and match can only be ordered online. When I told himit said I can't order online, he said I cant control that and he cant help me! WOW JUST WOW!! I called to place an order. Put on hold, hung up after 8 minutes, called again... after 8 minutes, I hung up and we drove to... this store, thinking we could order in person faster there. One of the men asked if we were picking up.. we said no, want toorder. He turned around and started putting boxes together, ignored us. We left after 5 minutes. Never again. Read more

We had a film shoot run late, so we unexpectedly had to order food for our cast & crew. It was a Monday so we didn't realize... they were closing. The manager took our order & explained that the delivery driver was gone for the night but offered to driveit to us himself. He made the order, closed the store & then delivered our pizzas to us. On any other year besides the last 3 years I may had ask to talk to the supervisor. However the few individuals that were... working were doing so with speed and patience. They were taking orders via phone, preping the boxes, working with onlinerequests and making the pizza. They looked exhausted but they didn't work like they were tired. The pizzas took a really longtime past the estimated information on the application. Despite that I don't place blame on the staff which is veryunderstaffed . Maybe Dominds should up day their app with a radio button that says due to staffing shortages, you may experiencelonger then normal wait times. People can be disrespectful with out hesitating. This team has to do X2 the work and takerudness from some customers. People and these younger kids are being abused under these conditions. Corporate if you arereading, please consider communicating this to the customers in a way that is customer friendly. Give these folks a break or abonus. Regards the sympathing pizza eater. My family order from here a lot and it always on time, fresh and unless I screw it up made just right. One I order something I... didn't pike it and they have me a free pizza. Even though I ordered it. Can't get better service, manners or just all aroundfeel of caring for there customers Read more
