Wow! Dolly and the rest of the crew were in the zone today! I almost didn't stop because drive thru was wrapped around the... bldg but I'm glad I did. Even though they were getting slammed orders were flying out. Dolly was on register and was veryfriendly, helpful and professional. My order was ready before I finished paying. Did a food run for my brother. 2-20 piece chicken nuggets, 3 med fries. Ordered sweet n sour sauce, & honey mustard sauce. Got... to the pay window, handed 2, $20 bills to the cashier. Waited a few seconds, then when change wasn't handed to me, looked alittle closer, and she was texting on her phone instead of getting my change. Got to the pick up window, got handed a full bag.Checked inside, all the fries were on top, fished out 4 Ranch sauces, handed them back and said, this isn't what I ordered.Repeated the sauces I wanted. Got back to our business only to find that instead of 2-20 piece nuggets, I was given 2-10 piecenuggets. Called the store, then went back. Manager ran out the back door & met me...Thank You! I get the large chili and loaded baked potato and chicken nuggets once a week every week. My food is always fresh and warm. The... staff always make sure I have plenty of sour cream, crackers, barbecue sauce, and napkins. Their lemonade is soooo good. Read more
