The drive thru line at this location is always SO LONG and it takes forever. I know they are a new location but they really need... to step up their drive thru experience. It takes more than 15 minutes and the line always goes out into the street even if theyhave both lanes open. I am so tired of this chick fil a. The food quality is fine, but the employees are SO RUDE! Every time I visit this location, I... leave feeling stressed out and upset. My order is always wrong. This morning I asked the woman working the drive thru to doublecheck the order, she assured me it was right. Pulled away, opened the bag and it was wrong. I had to drive around, park and goinside. Once inside, I couldn't get anyone to greet me, when I finally did, she never even spoke to me. No apology, no hello,just handed me my food and walked away as if I was bothering her. The drive thru is a disaster. It takes forever from the time they take your order until you actually get your food. I actually... decided to skip the drive thru and go inside the restaurant earlier this week. In the time that it took me to park my car, runinside, place my order, get my food, and get back into my car, I probably saw only one or two cars actually move up in the line.Also, the portions are pathetic. I've always had good experiences at this Chamblee location, I stopped in to order a shake for my mom. I had a birthday dessert... on my account that I didn't want to use but the young lady used it by mistake. Ryan, the manager was able to comp me a shake forthe next visit.
