Super friendly and patient with my hearing impairment as it's not their... fault I can't hear the speakers on many drive thrus very well (it competes with the engine of cars and my hearing aids can'tdifferentiate what to amplify). Love spending $7 on a venti drink here for them to not fill it up to the top (even with light whip). I constantly have problems... with this location messing up my drinks. Better just drive the extra 5 minutes to the Perimeter location. Update- Nov. This location is the bootleg Starbucks. Don?t expect your drink to taste anything like it?s supposed to and definitely don?t... don?t waste your time to have them remake it because it won?t be right the second time either. I finally wrote this review afterliving less than a quarter mile from this Starbucks for three years and regularly driving another 4 miles to get my drink madeproperly. Despite management changing multiple times they just cannot seem to get it right. At this point I really do not eventhink they use authentic Starbucks products. As an adult, Starbucks is the happiest place on the planet for me but coming tothis location just makes me depressed and ruins the beginning of my day. Read more

I have been here several times, and I have concluded that this Starbucks makes the worst drinks. I had to get a drink remade... yesterday, and today, I was once again beyond disappointed when I got to work. The iced coffee is way too warm, and theystruggle to follow directions of the order. They ALWAYS forget to include the standard recipe in addition to the notes on thesticker/order. I'm not sure if corporate needs to fix this or what, but if I order a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew with extra pumps ofclassic syrup, I STILL want the vanilla syrup that comes in the original recipe.
