I have been there 3 times to buy the cups of sliced chocolate covered apples. Lady is extremely not knowledgeable and cannot... understand what is requested and has not had the apples in the last 1 1/2 months. . This is soooooo frustrating that they areadvertised and the Champaign, IL shop will not carry them. They have whole apples so what is to hard to have apple slices??? Terrible shop. Read more
I was given my edible arrangement as a birthday gift and let me tell you, it was amazing! It was delicious fruits. None had bad... spots, none were soft, all were juicy! Thinking of getting my daughter one for her birthday as well! Read more

I ordered a sympathy arrangement to send to a family memory whose mother passed. I chose the Peace and Doves Daisy as I thought... it was a beautiful arrangement. It was delivered and didn't look close to the picture online. It was sitting on a small plasticcontainer that didn't look even close to what's online. I know it states that color and still may vary but it should have somesimilarity to what's posted. I called and spoke with Leo and he just brushed it off as it was no big issue and gave me thecorporate number. There was no way to fix it but there should be some care of customer satisfaction.
