I would give them no stars but you can?t. This is the first time and last time I?ve been to this Popeyes and it was terrible. I... ordered online and I still have to wait for like 40 mins. They just told me to get in line. I don?t understand for them to beslow with a few customers and why the food was terrible and the service was very slow. And the workers attitude sucked like itwas my fault. They kept yelling me. I will not recommend anyone eat from here. The meal was nasty, and they are racist. Read more
This place needs more training, management training, and oversight - I have been here a few times and there is always some... issue. Today when I drove up the menu board was turned off. The cashier through the speaker box confirmed right away that theywere open, and after waiting 4-5 minutes she asked me to give my order, so I did, but I was asked to please pull forward andorder at the window. Then while I was waiting to order at the window I got to thinking, they aren't exactly running a tight shipin the front of the house so I wouldn't count on there being a lot of discipline with hygiene practices in the back. I would give them NO STARS but you can?t!! This is the second time I?ve been to this Popeyes and it was HORRIBLE AGAIN!... Everything I wanted the didn?t have! They didn?t have any chicken sandwiches, no Cajun rice, no strawberry lemonade, nostrawberry Fanta and no Cajun sparkles! I don?t know why they?re open! Food was tasty, good. I ordered all white meat and got a leg, thigh, and wing. I ordered spicy and got regular. They forgot... my order and after 20 minutes when several other orders were completed ahead of me, I asked the counter staff about my order,and they apologized for forgetting about my order. The floor was greasy and they didn't have any wet wipes.
