I hate coming to this location. The employees lack enthusiasm and apparently don?t ever know what ?lots and lots and lots? means... (pictured below). Unfortunately, this is the nearest location open on Sundays. The Higley and Williams Field location is epic. Iwish I could say the same here. Read more
This one is pretty hit or miss in terms of quality and customer service. Sometimes it?s great, but 50% of the time - it... isn?t. The one in Tempe is a 5/5 and I?d recommend that location over this one. If you happen to find yourself in Chandlerwith time to kill (order fulfillment can take a minute) and a hankering for some shaved ice, this hits the mark: though justbarely. Read more
After another store apparently couldn't make my 2 party packs for my daughter's 1st birthday, and I was told when I went to pick... them up, this store really came through for me. They had the party packs made by the time I got there and we're very friendlyand helpful. Everyone at the party enjoyed the snow cones and I can't think the girl at the counter enough.
