This is the worst McDonald's on the planet! They used to be ok. They're conveniently located on my way home from work. But after... receiving a raw burger that we didn't discover until we were already home, never going back there. Thus after almost 45 minutesin line watching the slowest workers on the planet who don't communicate with customers, give people food. My boyfriend had todrive back after calling to show them the raw burger, they wouldn't credit our card. Then 3 people had to look at the burger toverify it was raw before offering to remake it. When he got the new burger, they marked it well done on the order. I kid younot! As if they hadn't been at fault for giving us a raw burger. I realize it's hard to find workers and that maybe the managerstreat the employees like doo doo. I hope the franchisee fires their managers and starts treating the employees better. I was charged extra for 6 extra pumps of carmel for my ice coffe and that is normally supposed to be free, this shouldn't... happen I should know I've worked at other McDonald's places and the manager at 6:30am totally lied and was not the nicest ofpeople witha rude adittude to a first time ???? guest at there restaurant. Next IF I do go back and that's a big if I do notwant them to help me. They were also out of ????, gave attitude during the speaker conversation when I asked a simple questionabout tomato ???? to be add to the breakfast sandwich ????, and to top it off being able to over hear them call me ghetto whenI am in my work out uniform before I head to work to change in to my daily job is really really horrible customer serviceexperience that I have ever, ever had I can normally put up with a lot but not this.... anyway sincerely hope you have a betterday if you do decide to visit them. Went back to being really gross.. stale buns, cold burgers, the frys were ok. Why does this happen? No one notices that the buns... are rock hard? There was also a sewer like smell in the drive-through. It's gonna be awhile before I go back. I'm not expectinggourmet food, but your burgers aren't $0.20 anymore.
