Been here several times and everything was excellent?however, made a special trip today from Maricopa and arrived at 1:49 pm-the... place was locked up tight; chairs up on the table. No note on the window, explaining why it was closed during regular businesshours. Called the business number, no VM explanation. The phone rang about 12 times and disconnected. I visited during a weekday lunch hour. I was greeted by friendly staff who seated me right away. The restaurant was moderately... busy, but my iced coffee and water were brought quickly. My my food arrived soon after my order was taken. I ordered beef ?Bun?#B4 on the menu. The veggies and herbs were fresh and delicious! The beef was flavorful and tender. The egg rolls were not madein-house and were mushy inside and out. The sauce (fish-sauce) was bland and seemed watery. The iced coffee was pretty good too?the condensed milk seemed to be watered down or from powder maybe? It was a good drink and lunch. Prices were reasonable andportions were good size. Quickly becoming my favorite pho place in three states. Their noodles are everything! Never had better. It gets busy in the... evening. I can attest to why.
