First off?.. The staff is very friendly and place is very clean. The negatives?. It took over 20 minutes to get our simple order... for two people. Had to wait an additional 10 minutes to get a fried pie, ordered at the same time as other food. Both of ourJunior burger buns were very dry and meal was unremarkable. We probably won?t return and had really anticipated this facilityopening. There are other burger spots that are much better for a similar price. Read more
UPDATE: A month +/- later. They are doing so much better. The place is clean, employees are working efficiently, and... generally a nicer experience. 7/12/22 This is a new one in Chandler, AZ. They are training maybe everybody. They don't seemto have brought anybody from one of the other stores to get started. Do not ask any medium to difficult questions, you won't getan answer. They do not offer online orders even though the sign on the door says easy delivery or curbside pickup. Not sure howthat is going to work. They forgot my jalapenos and the guy took long looking for a manager to ask how to fix that. The napkindispensors are empty and ice has built up in the fountain, but the employees are just talking and hanging out. Having said allof that, I am giving a generous 4 Star rating because OMG they are doing so much better than last week! Also, it is hard toscrew up a Whataburger with jalapenos, fries and spicey ketchup, and a large Dr. Pepper. So Happy They Built A Whataburger NearMy House! Read more
I'm so happy there's Finally a Whataburger near me! I ordered my favorite Hatch Green Chile Double with fries and it was super... satisfying! The drive thru was slow, but I know to expect that at all Whataburgers. They are still in training mode here, sokeep that in mind when you go. Great food with fast service! I ordered the Double cheeseburger medium meal for Dine in. The order taker was very friendly and... efficient. The Drink Station area was fully stocked, clean and organized. No visible signs of mold growing from drinkstation. The food was delivered to my table within minutes of ordering. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty! I always forgetthat the double cheeseburgers here are huge compared to other competitors, so ordering a single would be more thansufficient. The lobby was clean with no visible signs of trash or dirty tables or floors. I highly recommend this location toanyone who loves a great meal with great customer service! Read more
